About the Classes
Classes are 30-60 minutes, offered online or in-person, and are considered all-levels, suitable for almost anyone, even absolute beginners. Each class will contain postures to realign the head and neck, stretch both the lower and upper back, hamstrings, hips and legs, while also strengthening the core, mid-back and buttocks. Classes include deep breathing techniques (to increase the supply of oxygen to the brain and calm the nervous system) as well as mindful meditation.
