Private yoga is the most efficient way to grow both on and off of the mat. I work with everyone from students that are new to yoga to teachers that are looking to refine and explore more depth in their personal practice.
Working one-on-one, we can focus on obtaining functional alignment in the physical postures and/or explore the other multidimensional layers of the practice – including but not limited to meditation, breath [pranayama], and self-study [svadhyaya].
One of the benefits of private yoga is the relationship between teacher and student, establishing trust, and peeling back the layers of the Self.
Sessions are available virtually and/or in-person.
